My problem with ballet flats (beside the lack of support, which can be fixed with an insole) is that I have NEVER found a pair in which my heel doesn't slip out in the back! Is this a style of the shoe issue or do I have to just try to break in a pair until it molds to my feet? Are there specific attributes I should be looking for, like only made of leather?

Thanks!
