Oh yeah--a great lip liner to go with gloss is the clear one from Sally Hansen. Stops feathering without the clown looking line around the lips that colored lip liners make.

I love the look of glosses--and don't mind the gloppy feel. But it seems like I "eat" them off so quickly! (I guess I talk too much!)

Yes! Benefits "Her Glossiness", Stila Lipstick Gloss and Armani Sheer Lipstick. Benefits is an actual gloss, while Stila and Armani are lipsticks that are glossy, sheer and light. Benefits has lip conditioners and leaves lips really soft. Stila and Armani are more drying.

I know you asked for non-gooy, but I couldn't help but mention these favs--Clinique Plumper gloss is heavy--which doesn't bother me. It stays on a long time and has a lot of pigment. Mac is medium weight and fewer pigments, but lovely. Victoria Secret and L'Oreal gloss is very sheer and flavored. These 2 are inexpensive and fun.

Love to experiment with glosses--there a scads to choose from. I read an article in the Times Recently where a gal claimed to have over 100 glosses!
