I find this also helps shrink them back to size--they tend to get a bit stretched out after wearing them for a few months. After 2 1/2 years of daily wear the insole looked a bit ratty, so I ordered a new pair, which I have worn daily since then. They look great, except they are a bit soiled. Is it true they can be washed? If so, how? Because I absolutely love them so much, I just ordered a cream pair and a brown pair from Amazon.
